Emsur, which has been in the food packaging industry for about 75 years, will house its U.S. corporate offices, research and development departments, and production at a facility at 2800 Carl Blvd. The company operates flagship flexible packaging plants in five countries, and conducts business in 40 countries, according to a news release.
